I forgot my password
If you can’t remember your password, simply click the Forgot your password? button located in the password word field.
Enter your login email address.
Check I’m not a robot.
Click Send.
You will receive further instructions in your inbox.
I never received the reset instructions
If you don’t receive the reset instructions in your inbox, and it is not in your spam/promotions folder, then please contact us for further support. A member of our team can assist you in resetting your password.
I got a new phone and can’t access 2FA
If you are unable to recover your two-factor authentication (2FA), please contact us from your login email address for further assistance.

It just won’t let me log in
You know your password and 2FA are fine, but you still can't log in? Here’s what to do:
Make sure you’re logging in from https://accounts.mailerlite.com/login
Check for typos in your email address.
Ensure CAPS LOCK is not enabled.
Try using a different browser.
Don’t have access to your email anymore?
If you no longer have access to the email linked to your account, just fill out our Contact form with both your new and previous email addresses. Our support team may provide additional instructions to help verify your new email, so we can get you back into your account.
