We’re sorry that you wish to delete your MailerLite account.
Deleting your account involves permanently removing all associated data, including email campaigns, subscribers, and reports. Please proceed thoughtfully, as this action cannot be undone.
To delete it:
Click on the name of your account on the top of the page.
If you have more than one MailerLite account, you will see the option to choose Switch account.
If you have only one account, you will see the option to choose New account.
3. Click on the three dots next to the account name.
Select Delete account.
Permanent Considerations
Deleting your account is an irreversible action. For free accounts, data removal may take up to three days to fully purge all information, during which the account may still appear in the system.
Advanced Scenarios
Unable to Find the Delete Option
If you cannot locate the account deletion option, you can navigate via: Account Name (top left corner) > New account, and manage your account from there.
Domain Authentication Conflicts
If there are domain authentication conflicts, the Admin should delete the conflicting account linked to the problematic email and proceed with new authentication.
