How to organize your content into folders

Written by Rugilė

Keep your content organized by creating folders. This allows you to save time while sorting through your content.

How to create folders

You can create folders to organize your campaigns, automations, forms, and sites. The process is similar for each content type; here’s how to do it for campaigns:

  1. Navigate to the Campaigns page.

  2. Click the Sent or Drafts tab depending on where you’d like to create your folder.

  3. Click the Folder dropdown menu.

  4. Click Create folder.

Once you have created a new folder, it’s time to move some campaigns there. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Navigate to the Campaigns page.

  2. Click the Sent or Drafts tab depending on which campaign you’d like to move into a folder.

  3. Select the campaign(s) of your choice by clicking the checkbox next to the campaign preview thumbnail.

  4. Click the Move to dropdown menu.

  5. Select the Folder into which you’d like to move that campaign.

To edit or delete a folder:

  1. Click the Folder dropdown menu.

  2. Hover over your folder.

  3. Click the edit or delete icon.

Folders in the file manager

You can create folders within your file manager as well. To do so:

  1. Select File manager in the sidebar.

  2. Click the New folder button next to the Folders section.

  3. Enter the folder name and click Create.

To move your images or files into the folder:

  1. Select the files of your choice by clicking the checkbox next to their preview thumbnails.

  2. Click Move to and select the folder from the dropdown.

To edit or delete a folder, click the corresponding icon next to the folder name in the sidebar.

How to use content filters

If you have sent lots of campaigns, workflows, or other content, it might be a struggle to locate a particular item. You can use the Filter button to speed up your search. The Filter button is located next to the Folder button.

You can filter campaigns by time period and/or campaign type.

Similarly, automations, forms, and sites can be filtered by subscriber group and/or status.
