Once you hit the Send button, your campaign is moved to the Outbox while the system processes the campaign recipients and prepares the report for the Sent tab.
Why is it still in the Outbox?
Normal processing: This usually takes a few minutes. If you have a large subscriber list, it may take a bit longer. Please refresh the page after a few minutes.
Timezone settings: If a scheduled campaign hasn't sent, go to Account Settings to ensure your account timezone matches your current time.
Campaign under review: Your campaign may be held for a routine safety check.
Campaign on hold (Under Review)
If you see the notification "On hold - Campaign in review," it means our team is performing a routine check to ensure compliance with our Terms of Use and Anti-Spam Policy.
Timeline: Most reviews are completed within a few minutes to an hour. Complex cases may take longer.
Note: You cannot cancel or edit a campaign while it is "On hold." Once the review is finished, you will receive an email and can then proceed with sending or rescheduling.
