How to troubleshoot the deliverability of your test emails

If you have trouble receiving your test email(s), try the following:

  • Check your Spam/Promotions/Junk folder.

  • Send the test to a different email address.

  • Avoid using the same test and sender addresses; some email clients can detect this as Spam.

ℹ️ Test emails help visualize content only. Some features (like the Unsubscribe link, RSVP buttons, Surveys, and Variables) won't work on this test version.

Social Media icons might not be displayed if they aren't linked.
