At the bottom right corner of the page, you should see an icon - it can be a message icon, a question mark, or an arrow down. This icon serves as the entry point to the chat window.
Click on it to minimize the chat window. ⤵️
Alternatively, look for the 'X' icon on the top right corner of the chat interface to close the chat window.
Later on, if you need assistance, you can click on the bottom right icon again to open a chat. Minimizing the chat window does not close the conversation, so you can resume your previous chat seamlessly when you reopen it.
If in case you do not see any icon, please try to refresh your page or go to a different tab (Campaigns, Subscribers, etc.).
