To exclude certain subscribers from receiving your Campaigns or Automations:
Add them to a Group.
Exclude the Group from your Recipients list of your campaign or from the trigger of your automation.
💡 Please note that if a subscriber is added to both an Included and Excluded Group, it will be Excluded.

ℹ️ Want to make a subscriber inactive? Unsubscribe them instead. They will only be turned active again if they re-subscribe through your forms or manually from the profile.
