All about Survey Reports

How to check and export Survey Reports in Campaigns, Automations and Sites.

Survey reports are available for multiple features, including Campaigns, Automations, and Sites.

Once the survey email is sent, you can check the results in the survey report tab, which you can find on your:

  • Landing Page Overview

  • Sent campaign report

  • or Automation email report.

Let's cover each one, shall we? In these reports, you'll find key data including the completion rates of your surveys and a breakdown of user answers provided for each question.

Sent campaign survey report

  • Open your sent campaign report

  • Finally, switch to the Survey Report tab. To identify respondents, simply click on the number of recorded responses under a specific choice to retrieve the associated email addresses without needing to export the report.

Automation survey report

  • Open the Automation overview

  • Under Workflow emails, click ‘View report’ for the workflow email containing the survey.

  • Finally, switch to the Survey report tab. From the survey report, you can also access the email addresses of respondents by clicking on the response numbers for any survey choice.

Site survey report

  • Open the Landing Page/Website overview

  • Finally, switch to the Survey report tab. Additionally, the survey report enables you to view respondents' email addresses by selecting the response numbers under specific choices.

Features in Survey Reports

Survey reports also provide detailed insights, including:

  • A breakdown of how many clicks or responses each survey option received.

  • Information on both completed and incomplete surveys to better understand user engagement and participation.
